Instructions on How to Place Your Order

 

 

1.       To begin placing your order, choose one of the links from the left hand side of the page under ‘Shop by Category’.

 

2.       Once you have selected an item and made your choice of the available size, color and logo placement options, click 'Add to Cart'.

 

3.       When you are done shopping, click on the 'View/Edit Cart' button on the upper right hand corner of your screen. (In this section you will be able to edit the quantity, remove any unwanted items from your cart or enter a coupon code or gift certificat if you have one.)

 

4.       To continue, click 'Check Out' and then you will be given the option to create an account or check out as a guest.  If you check out as a guest, you will receive order and shipping confirmations with tracking, however your orders will not be kept in a history that you can reference.  Creating an accout will keep an order history for you. 
To create an account, please fill in the following information:

a.       Name

b.       Shipping Address

c.        Billing Address (If your billing address is different than your shipping address, uncheck the box that says “Billing same as shipping address” and enter your billing address, which should be the same address that is linked to the credit card you are going to use for the purchase.)  ***If your billing address is not entered exactly as it appears with your credit card provider, your order will be declined.

d.       Email Address (Use your work email address)

e.       Password (Must be at least 7 characters. You can log into your account to review your Order History and edit your Personal Information, so make sure to keep your password for future reference.)

 

5.       After clicking 'Create Account', your information will prefill into your order and you will proceed through the checkout process, where you will verify your shipping destination and be directed to review the shipping, return, and privacy policies. You will also have the opportunity to enter a coupon code or a gift certificate if you have one. On the ‘Review Order’ page, if you have a question or concern about any of the items or logos, you can address them in the Customer Notes section. Also, if you need your order by a specific date, please note it there and we will do our best to reach your date. 

 

6.       Enter in your payment information by choosing Credit Card payment. Once you have all of your information entered, select 'Place your Order' and you should receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided, letting you know that we have received your order.
